Job description

Due to the growth of our company we are shorthanded and are looking forward to be welcoming a new member to our logistics team. As international logistics coordinator you will become responsible for the handling of orders of your own appointed regular customers as well as for the smooth transportation and deliveries to our coldstores after purchases from origin. As main responsible for customers you will also be handling all their requests or questions including quality related matters. Your overall responsibility requires a precise and hands-on approach to guarantee an efficient and smooth supply chain. You rather pick up the phone to get things done immediately to make things happen. You will be in close contact with customers, suppliers, coldstores as well as the transportation companies and shipping lines we work with.


Are you the international logistics coordinator we are looking for with a high level of service? And do you possess the following skills and competences?:

-          MBO/HBO background in the field of logistics or supply chain;
-          Experience in a similar function is a plus but not a must;
-          Fluent in English. Knowledge of Dutch, French, German or Spanish is a plus;
-          Part time to full time available;
-          An ambitious, determined team player who is not easily put off and can work independently and organized. You are of course result-oriented, proactive and you have good communication skills!

Interseafish BV has been an import & export company of frozen fish and shellfish in the higher segment of the market since 1981. We import our products from all over the world, mostly Asia, and we mainly sell our products in Europe. Our customers include wholesalers, industrial customers and supermarkets. We have a small team of 9 members and work with short, direct and personal communication lines. We are not a very big company but are market leader in Europe in specific niche markets because of our excellent quality, reliability and very good reputation.
